The printer are all a Xerox Workcentre And it doesn’t save the info we enter. Installing the printer from the Ubuntu menu seems to work.
There is no Mac driver update since Full details are given in the answers xreox this other question. Same result as when adding the printer by the ubuntu printer setup.
We’re having to dive deep into the settings each time and enter an account code. I’m having the same problem and message when I try to print to our Workcentre since I updated to High Sierra.
